Nancy Goldberg is a Senior Coach and Trainer at THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, INC. Her relationship with us began 15 years ago, and over the years she has helped strengthen and enhance the communication style of approximately 2000 executives from 500 companies through her work as a communication expert, and also as co-founder of The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College.

Through individual coaching and group training, Nancy brings unique sensitivity to helping executives and managers develop strategies, skills and comfort with communication. Her expertise includes interpersonal effectiveness, leadership communication, business presentation skills, meeting facilitation, problem solving, interviewing skills, and controlling the fear of speaking.

Her clients include small firms, universities, not-for-profit organizations and public and private companies. They include: Bain Capital, TJX, NSTAR, Boston Scientific, Hasbro, Garber Travel, Forrester Research, Fidelity Investments, M.I.T., Boston College, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Decision Resources, Cardinal Health Systems, The Boston Public Library, Koch Membrane Systems, CRICO/RMF, Linedata and many others.

Nancy has been invited to speak and deliver workshops at numerous professional organizations such as: The Commonwealth Institute, The Vistage Group, Sloan Women in Management, Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), and the Women's Sole Proprietor Network.

Nancy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in Community Planning from Boston College. She brings a lively, humorous, mature and insightful style to her clients and our staff.
