Tori Aiello is a Coach/Trainer with The Speech Improvement Company with over 12 years experience developing, leading, and teaching comprehensive communication training and coaching programs for both the nonprofit and for profit sectors.
Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating a large group, Tori is recognized for utilizing her diverse communications knowledge to focus on pragmatic approaches to public speaking, effective business email writing, leading purpose-driven meetings, leadership development and speech writing.

Tori received both her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in Mass Communication (Cum Laude) and her Master of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature and Publishing (Cum Laude) from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, Tori has served on five Executive Boards in the non-profit sector over the past five years.
Her in depth education in Speech Communication and Adult Learning combined with her training experience form the content for Tori's energetic and interactive style. Tori brings fun, enthusiasm and insight to our SPEECH IMPROVEMENT team.
